On Sunday 19th December 2021 Arondizuogu Youth United,AYU Lead By Thier President Hon. (Dr) Ugboaja Victor Chinedu (Akataobi) to clear the kpa-Ora Federal High Way which for months now have been a hide out Hoodlums, Kidnappers, Armed robbers and other criminal elements.
As a result pose great danger for travelers who use the road on daily basis from Enugu, Okigwe, Umuahia, Aba, heading to Arondizuogu,Akokwa,Uga, Nnewi, Onitsha, onwards to Delta via Lagos.Many have been feared dead, kidnapped, robbed and many sustained various degrees of injuries by the activities of these criminal elements.It was a thing of joy to see the youths of Arondizuogu en-mass ably led their President clearing and burning the bush paths which the Hoodlums usually took unleash mayhem to innocent citizens that uses the road daily.
Also present on ground yesterday was the Arondizuogu Security Network to ensure that the youths and road users are safe from attack and to alleviate fear on the people.While addressing the press the AYU President Hon. Ugboaja Victor Chinedu, (Akataobi) expressed joy that long expected vision is been actualized, noting that seen able bodied young men who came out in their numbers to embrace this noble idea has spoken volume on the nature of the people of Arondizuogu who always see the need of others before theirs, he thanked the youth for their solidarity and support he’s enjoying since assumed office and promise not to let them down.
He urged Arondizuogu sons and daughters, friends and well wishers who are afraid of coming home for Christmas and New year celebration to feel free to return home as the security agents are on the alert on the said road and other parts of town. And urge good sons and daughter of Arondizuogu to support them.
Hon.
