The marriage between a Ndola man and his wife has been dissolved after his wife caught him in the bedroom of his late brother’s widow.
According to Zambian Observer, Ketty Mfune, 24, sued Samuel Siwale, 32, for divorce in the Chipulukusu Local Court, Zambia, for allegedly cheating on her with her sister in-law.
She said after his brother’s death, she caught her husband in her sister-in-law’s bedroom around 4:00 a.m.
Ketty narrated that after the incident, she sought reconciliation in the local court but her husband had continued seeing her late brother’s widow.
She testified that Samuel told her that asking him to break up with her sister in-law was like challenging him to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
However, Samuel accused Ketty of denying him conjugal rights.
“My wife constantly denied me sex. I begged her before we had sex to produce our two children,” he said
