More Crises For APC As PDP Asked The New Chairman To Resign For Constitution Violation.

The new chairman of all progressives congress the governor of Yobe state, Mr Buni has been asked to step down from his position as Governor of the state because, he has already violated the Constitution of all progressives Congress (APC).

According to the Constitution of all progressives congress no elected Governor should at the same time assume any administrative office, in the national level of the all progressives congress, but the Governor of Yobe state, Mr Mala Buni has violated the constitution of APC, as he has assumed the office of the chairman to take over the administrative office of the National level of all progressives Congress APC.

This action of Mr Governor of Yobe state, is causing ripples among political parties, who are saying that the APC is not keeping to their constitutions. The PDP spokesperson, Kola Ologbondiyan has immediately ask the Governor of Yobe state Mr Mala Buni, who is the acting chairman of all progressives Congress to resign his duties as the Governor of Yobe state, for violating the constitution of the ruling All progressives congress.

If you say you are a true party man and a loyal party member, you should abide by the rules that are governing the party. Having failed to go by the rules and the Constitution of all progressives congress, the Governor and the national chairman of all progressives Congress should resign as the Governor of Yobe state immediately.

The constitution governing the All progressives Congress is meant to be respected, the spokesman of PDP said.
